Austrian Albert Trummer, who started his career in Vienna’s Sky Bar and later jumped over the pond, to work with celebrity chef Daniel Boulud, will open his new bar Apothéke in New York, soon. A first impression can be viewed over at NYmag. The bar will be located in Chinatown. Media darling Albert, who was elected one of the Top 10 American bartenders by Playboy some time ago, seems to feed the journalists with the current hot American bar topic, too: Absinth. In his case obviously made according to a secret recipe…etc.
